Flock 0.7.99

The lead up to Flock 0.8 looks pretty on the service but is entirely lacking in any kind of Flow. Apart from the dismal performance, which might be expected of a trunk build, I couldn't keep what I was doing straight as there were too many things competing for my attention in unrelated ways.

Hopefully this will get better by the 0.8 official release.
