Running away from the crowd

I am proud of this panning. It is my very first one, the only attempt and it is nice!
I heard the powerful engine roaring in front of me and I quickly took the camera. There were two buses crossing each other and my view was completely obscured but I patiently waited pointing a spot between the two buses. And it happened!! In less than a second I managed to focus and follow them speeding up in the traffic.
I miss our motorbike!!!!!!

Fabiana claims that it is the "beginners' luck", but she managed to get a very good panning on her very first attempt.
I have always told her she is very natural with photography. She sees the details, the reflections in the water, the small things that can make a photo great. This one is an example, and counting that she did it with the 75-300, it is another indication that there are good things to be discovered in the (near) future from her! :D

As for the crop, I swear I have not touched it. I took the photo exactly as it is.
I have of course made a postproduction in terms of tones as the passenger's trousers were awfully green and they were a total distraction. I enhanced the red tones because I felt they were more appropriate and warmer.
A good combination of luck and bravery, nothing more than that... :)
