I work as product manager for Wikimedia Foundation, where I create new tools to engage Wikipedia users to contribute productively to the site. For example, we are developing the Article Feedback Tool (see our blog post), which enables readers to suggest improvements to Wikipedia article -- and learn to become editors over time.
