Microsoft's Protototype Finger Cursor by MichaelBuckbee.
Microsoft Research has come up with an interesting idea to make small touch screens more usable.

Instead of touching the actual screen, you manipulate the device by moving your fingers on the back and instead of a standard cursor showing; a finger represents your actions.
