Trees, for me, are tempted to have the human personality in them. Some trees are like persons standing or acting or express their feeling. They do that in this piece as well. One protects another, giving the sense of sensitivity, guardian and shelter.

It is appliqué, embroidered, glue and stitches with cotton yarns on the beige hand woven cotton fabric. I use warm color palettes to represent the warmth of the mother and child. It is framed in the 13/18” wide wooden frame. Also, it is 1.5” in dept. You can either hang it on the wall or put it on the table. It can be stand on its own.
