Maybe Tomorrow 2 - Liuzhou Flood 2009

Mr. Zhao looks at his flooded apartment, wondering how long it will be before he can get inside. He was mostly concerned about his television and air conditioner. He told me all his furniture was "rubbish" even before the flood! At the peak three hours earlier, there was water where he is standing.
