Great shot! It's a Crab Spider. They can change colour to camouflage themselves.

Thanks for your comments. I didn't know they could change color, explains why the contrast is so low in most of the shots I took of this little guy.
I shot this with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ30 set in macro mode with manual focus. I was pretty happy to get this as the spider is only about 1/8" across and the wind was blowing so the daisy never stopped swaying.

Good shot. I use a FZ30 myself with a Raynox DCR-250.
Seen next to a fellow photo of Macro 1-2-3 (2/day max). (?)
