One of the good things about this house is the larder - I feel that I have done my best to put as many things in jars as I can for the winter months. The squash crop has been a bit disappointing - only two green ones (can't remember what they were) and one butternut. Maybe there will be a couple more before the weather gets two cold, but at the moment they seem to be getting to about 10cm and then rotting off.

nope - should do really, but then I'd worry that someone with a taste for plum jam would search the geotags and come and rob me.
