St james park teaming with wildlife all in search of food .

day 1 -Gas energency -This could take some time . A gas leak discoverd 0900hrs 2nd march , good old transco turned up within an hour , then the digging team as pictured who put in a solid hour or so work , found the pipe and cut and capped it off to make us the safest house in the road , " no gas"
" someone will be back around 0930 tomorrow to reconnect ", sadly still awaited 1340 hrs - 3 rd march .

day 2 -No one returned , phoned at 1.30 pm and around 3pm another gang roled up , i nstalled the new pipe, and left around 4.30pm .
Now 8.30 pm still waiting for the man to refix the meter , and turn the supply back on .

Guess thats it for another day

day 3 A nice man from the northamton call centre rangto check that it had all been completed ,
Wrong pipe installed but still not conected. , - accoording to the system they were unable to gain access and left a card . . Someone is telling porkies, no one called no card left .
The very nice man fromm northampton re ordered it and at 1200hrs transco attended connected the meter , tested and commissioned all in 25 minues , we now have a working supply - seven different workmen , two delivery drivers and 53 hours after first detecting a leak . no more than 4 hours work over 3 days
now just the garden to reinstated

Day 5 Hole is filled , not exactily neatly and no grass seed , still got all the barriers
