Well we do have cheese sometimes so no, not strict vegan. It's not hard to give up beef or chicken but cheese is a challenge because things like pizza and grilled cheese obviously aren't the same without, LOL. And besides those vegan soy cheeses in the stores have dairy derivatives in them anyhow. I guess for us the bottom line is to try our best to live a "veganistic" lifestyle, knowing that sometimes we may fall short but always trying to do what we can to make the best choice possible at the time.

BTW, that toasty bread sure looks great!

I'm not vegan, but sometimes up here in Hippyland I'll order a vegan slice at the organic pizza parlor because they put on a bit more sauce and a lot more vegetables. They are very, very tasty!
