Chloe looks calm and serene, doesn't she?

She's actually impatiently awaiting a stick to be thrown. I've found that the only way I can keep her 'still' when we are outside is by holding her toys hostage. ;)

As I walked away from the sunset, I noticed this lovely "necklace" of spanish moss hanging from a cypress tree. Handheld 50mm @ f/2.8, 1/50. Nearly beyond my capability of hand-holding on a cropped censor camera. I'm glad this worked out. :)

The tail-end of yesterday's sunset. The colors were unbelievable!

I took this shot while kneeling on the ground a few weeks ago. I was able to capture some pretty vivid colors in the sky, but amp'd the colors a bit in post. Miss Chloe (black lab) is at my left, out of frame. Probably about to step on me.
