Dragonfruit Scones  Today I found dried dragonfruit at Trader Joe's and decided to make them into scones. The first challenge was to soften the dragonfruit pieces as they were very hard. So I soaked them in Crème de Cassis before adding them to the scone mixture. I was pretty pleased with the results.
