Santa Casa da Misericórdia

SANTA CASA DA MISERICORDIA , is an historic white building in Macau's Senado Square. Established as a branch of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia, it was built in 1569 on the orders of the Bishop of Macao.
It was a medical clinic and several other social welfare structures in early Macau. It later served as an orphanage and refuge for widows of sailors lost at sea.
It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Historic Centre of Macau".

Igreja de São Domingos

St. Dominic's Church, is a Catholic church in the former Portuguese colony of Macau, now a special administrative region of China. The church was built in 1587 by three Spanish Dominican priests, and it was where the first Portuguese newspaper, A Abelha da China (The China Bee), was published on Chinese soil in 1822. The church is now part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Historic Centre of Macau.

Largo do Senado

The Senado Square, is a paved area in the centre of the former Portuguese colony of Macau, China, enclosed by the buildings of the Leal Senado, the General Post Office, and St. Dominic’s Church. The square is paved in the traditional Portuguese pavement. The main road of Macau's historic centre, Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro passes through the square. The square is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Historic Centre of Macau".
