Thanks for posting this. I've just visited the rice terraces of the Northern Philippines and will be traveling around SE Asia in July and August, 2007. I hope to visit here.

Hi, I just I found your yuanyang "guide" online and thought I'd tell you I'm borrowing this map to help me find my way around. Going to China with a friend in August 07 and both of us are photographers so I am sure we will have a lot of fun hunting for terraces!! Thanks for doing some good ground work :)

i still didn't find the precise bus timetable to go back from yuanyang to kunming.. you mentioned it but without the timing.. if anyone knows about it, let me know!
