What could possibly be better than a good standard guacamole made with buttery-ripe avocados? This! Writer Deborah Geering came up with this for a pre-Super Bowl article, and she pronounced it the best guac ever. The roasted veggies and smoky chipotle pepper add depth and flavor without overpowering the delicate taste of avocado.
