Potatoes O'Brien - from the Dillard House
From the menu of . . . The Dillard House U.S. 441, Dillard 706-746-5348 Q: We recently had lunch at the Dillard House. Yummmm. The Potatoes O'Brien was rub-your-face-in-it good. Could you please get that recipe for me? - Jean Allison via e-mail A: Many folks eagerly travel to the mountains for a taste of the Dillard House's home-style Southern goodies. This potato creation is a great side dish for meat, fish or poultry. Crispy potatoes mingle with sauteed onions and peppers. Italian dressing gives it its special seasoning. Use the real thing; the results won't be the same with a low- or no-fat version. CommentsWould you like to comment?Sign up for a free account, or sign in (if you're already a member). |
