And make it black & white (no sepia, no tinting, just black, white and shades of gray).     Info: This was taken at the Disney Concert Hall in Downtown LA. I love the Escher feel to these staircases. To get the black and white perfect I always mess with the curves first. I pull up near the top and pull down near the bottom to increase the contrast. Then I used Dave's "Channel Mixer" method to put it in monochrome with 70:20:10 R:G:B.
