Did you compare this with the Men's room sign? Something is really wrong here. There is too much space between the e and the s, as if there once was an apostrophe. But Ladie's is wrong. It should be Ladies'. Oh well, this *is* a Korean restaurant. Though I just realised that Ladies works on the sign. But now their apostrophe usage is inconsistent on their restrooms. I'm rambling.

Yes, good point. They're also not a very good match in the sense that if this one refers to ladies then shouldn't the men's refer to gentlemen, or if that one refers to men then shouldn't this simply refer to women?

In the UK, it would normally be "gents" and "ladies" -- I might ask for the location of the ladies', or of the toilets, in a restaurant, depending on my fancy. Or of course, the loo.
