elegance

crop?
elegance by EssjayNZ.
putting your head under water is a good way to cool off, this swan still has the water drops from doing that.

Lake Moana Nui, Tokoroa is a great place to observe, ducks, swans and geese and its right in the suburbs.

I wouldn't crop it at all. I love seeing the whole length of the bird's backside. Elegant!

I do not agree with the crop. With the crop, it makes the head look awkward with respect to the body of the swan.
I like the coloring in this image
You did a good job of composing it.
In my humble opinion...

Beautiful study of a black swan. I have no problem with either crop - they are two different photos. Could be a bit sharper (when viewed large).

From the MiRea's Realm Group, you are given a 6/7 ranking.

Yes, really nice one here. Love the colors and the exposure is great (ok, that white bit of the beak is clipped, whatever).

The crop suggestion is pretty good, although it's a bit narrow. I don't mind it the way it is either.

Aperature was maybe a bit too small, a little more blur on those feathers in the background would pop out the head more, I think.

From the MiRea's Realm Group, you are given a 6/7 ranking.
