Yum! Some years ago I was fortunate enough to live in Dunedin, where I was introduced to fish and chips. What I remember best was 1) the taste and 2) the way it was wrapped in newspaper (which was quite novel to this then untraveled American). Wow, looking at your pic and recalling that memory I want to have both authentic fish and chips and a return visit to New Zealand! Thanks!

Where I live now, they sallotape the packet shut...I want to say, 'just wrap it in newspaper and be done with it!'
