Barkley is going in for major surgery tomorrow...

**For whatever reason, the B-Man decided to eat the bath mats while Jen picked me up from the airport. (Something he's never done before) We managed to induce vomiting and got him to puke up a massive amount of the mats.

Unfortunately, as the X-Rays showed us, it doesn't look like he was able to bring all of it up. There is still a big chunk in his stomach and possibly more longish bits in his intestines. Tomorrow the little dude goes under the knife to have them removed. Having a bad heart, the anesthetic puts the little guy at increased risk of complication...

Please, send some good vibes his way.

Delta's boundary Bay Dyke is known for its vast array of bird species. Seems that while the Snowy Owls are in town, however, that the birdwatching community could care less about anything else. This was evident by the masses abundant lack of interest in the usual riffraff like Coopers Hawks, Red Tailed Hawks, Bald Eagles, Herons, etc.
