T&B Liquidtight Fitting assembly

Here's an exploded view of the whole Thomas & Betts Liquidtight Conduit Fitting. The only part that's used for the rope sleeve is the "Safe Edge Ground Cone."

It'd be nice to be able to get the ground cone in small quantities, but my local distributor will only sell me a bag of 100 cones for about $120 a bag (~$1.20 per cone). Bigger stores might break open a bag and sell small quantities -- dunno. The whole assembly is 3 bucks and change.
