The kangaroos at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary were not caged, in fact they are all at large so people are free to go near them (a lot nearer than where I took this photo), actually visitors can even pat or feed them. This female kangaroo gave us a curious look when we walked pass. Ahh....and there is a baby sticking its head out of mon's belly!

Rise and Shine, Sweet Valentine

Rise and Shine, Sweet Valentine

Feb, 2010
It was a 32 degrees Sunday in the Down Under and the roses delivery reached almost fried. After dinner, Jia took on her favorite job of cutting stems, trimming leaves, preparing the vase, pouring the water and present them nicely. After a cool rainy night, we got up and found the roses come back to life in the vase again. Happy Valentine's Day.

the Beach Shot

the Beach Shot

Without even putting down the huge country road bag, she was running back and forth chasing the tide. Whether a good swimmer or not, a lot of water and sand have their ability to be a perfect potion that makes everyone totally unwind. A partly sunny November afternoon at 25 degrees and wonderful sculpture show (Sculpture by the Sea) makes it hard to resist going to Bondi beach, Sydney.
