- Every couple of months I get this strange urge to make creepy suburban-type food. So, I made Cooking Light's recipe for hash brown casserole. Those are jumbo foil muffin cups.
- Nitrate-free organic chicken andouille (spicy sausage)
- Homemade hummus, for the sugar snap peas. On a whim I used raw tahini instead of roasted, and I like it much better!
