Mail.app | Preferences > Accounts > Advanced - Remove copy from server after retrieving a message

You may not want to "Remove copy from server after retrieving a message". I don't. Afterall, why would I want my mail to only be available on my iMac, instead of available anywhere, in Gmail?!
