    Got some amazing carrot cake in Columbia this weekend. It was cut unevenly, so I decided to even it up a little bit before taking a picture. ;)

      It was _really_ good carrot cake. At least 7 layers, with tons of carrot and walnuts. Also, and I still can't believe it myself, it's 2.25 per slice. Driving to Columbia for dessert probably pays for itself these days.
