The height of the cliff in this image is about 15 meters to the surface of the sea waves. The cold water, the salty ocean depth and the risk of falling made the white shoes to tremble on the shaking feet that were struggling to keep the legs in a safe position.
The dangerous rocks of the yellow mountain made it a perfect location of an unplanned fall. If such a fall would occur someone might think it would be a suicide.
In reality this picture was created to demonstrate the suicidal danger of playing with the adrenaline by overcoming natural fears of heights.
