Sunset on the Riverwalk

    I took these on a Sunday afternoon on the Detroit Riverwalk. I'd intended to shoot inside the Renaissance Center but that idea ran afoul of the security detail. So I came outside to shoot.

    I was going for a silhouetted sunset look, which I think was a partial success. Not the best forms for a silhouette though. Still, I think I salvaged some value from the trip.

    I don't like the balance of this one but I love the color and reflections.

      Very nice. I'd love to see the exif info on this one -- it looks like a very short exposure. The water jets look like icicles.

      i love shooting there! haven't been in a while...the sun is so pretty and soft enough to make the water just glow...love it!

      i love this. the fountain is great for the kids, but you did a great job of capturing it alone.
