Went over to stone farm today for a bit of bouldering. The weather was great and it was so peaceful. I couldn't get anyone to come climb with me as everyone seemed to be at work, but decided to take my camera and flashes with me anyway in the hope of getting some shots.
Towards the end of my session I thought I would play around with over powering the sun with my flashes. It was late in the day so it didn't take much.
Having no one to shoot I decided to take some self portraits.
I set the camera up on a tripod with a 10 second countdown. I then fired the shutter via infra transmitter and climbed up the wall.
Very little was done in post. I used curves to boost the tone and highpass filter to sharpen.
