John the only part of your kit i don't like is the way the batteries are just jumbled together

I was always a bit concerned for this and couldn't find a storage solution acceptable to me
one day when wondering through a local CT up here in Canuckistan
it hit me . a couple of those belt cartridge holders Hunters use to securely carry extra cartridges. Been using them for several months and i am very satisfied

Try toolsaviation.com They make a whole series of plastic battery holders in different colors & sizes. Even one series that glow in the dark. I use the AA 4-pack ones myself.
