Our latest foster, named Estonia by the shelter she was at, but which must change because she's too cute to be named after an obsure country that I can't even locate on the map. She's resting, which isn't surprising, since she had a 12 hour car trip yesterday, had been spayed a few days before, and had just been weaned from her kittens a week earlier. It would have been her last week in the shelter if we hadn't decided to take her as a foster, so she's quite grateful, if we can be permitted a little anthropomorphizing (sp?).

Got a good name? She's very sweet and affection, only about 6 lbs, very small and delicate. She even has given love to our cranky 17-year old cat. And she likes the canned cat food--so much so that she could be heard scarfing it down.
