A Kindle Love Story
After many, many months of deliberating and reading thousands of reviews, I finally settled upon getting a Kindle...
Andd I must say: IT'S POIFECT <3!!!
O' Kindle, where have you been all this time? Your thin, sleek, and light frame are light-years ahead of the bulky, old raggy binded books I've been accustomed to throughout my whole life. What a revolution in reading! I am blazing through ebook after ebook with raging enthusiasm now whereas before I wouldn't even do a school reading assignment if I deemed the book to be over 20 years old and/or has a suspicious smell to it. I also don't have to touch decrepit ancient library copies of famous classics I've been itching to read because 99% of them are available for freeeee on kindle format :D
Ebooks don't seem to tickle everyone's fancy though. Romantics and traditionalists probably prefer holding an actual book. I do have binded copies of my favorite novels, so in that sense, some things can never be replaced by the electronic format.
But 99% of the things can.
