Curry chicken noodle soup
Today's soup special at Sub Sand, one of my favorite stops in the International District. Thin noodles, spicy, rich curry broth, potatoes, carrots, lots of basil and tender chicken. This cozy little place also has great Banh Mi, and friendly proprietors who take pride in their food. Oh, and it was so cold, rainy, blustery...aside from being really good, it just hit the spot.
