Figment Miniature Golf Course

The public, artsy, makery, homemade miniature golf course by Figment at Governor's Island New York City.

The 'Labrynth' hole is our favorite. Imagine the game from your childhood, but 10 times larger, attached to a spring tilting on a 55 gallon drum. Brilliant. The entire course is self run. You just walk up, grab a putter and a ball and start playing, and it functions beautifully.

The whole course is a blast to play, and Governors Island is such a quiet, uncrowded and interesting place to walk around. There are no cars, no subway and a lot of trees. It's a great place to kill an afternoon.
