I have a 1994 Civic DX with 155k on the engine. The engine runs great and consistently gets 30-40mph pending how much highway driving is done. The engine has no leaks and has been taken WELL care of since I have been the owner which has been since 2008*/- & @ 105k miles. I just replaced all the brakes with and calipers with Honda OEM parts, except the rotors and drum springs and cylinders but does have new drums. Engine is a 1.5L D15B7 and is a manual shift/transmission. Clean CO title. Chilton Manual included.

New:
Brakes
Radiator
head gasket installed 20k ago.
new exhaust
Clutch

The bad:
Rear defrost only works on about 3 lines.
No power steering
AC does not work but is attached
Needs new tires.
Needs new radio antenna.
Mirrors will not adjust but are positioned properly for me.
Body damage to rear shock tower. Nothing visible.

Asking $900 or best offer. SERIOUS CASH inquiries only.

If you have a clean, applicable Civic body/shell that just needs and engine and transmission, I MAY be interested because this thing runs so well and gets such good MPG!!
