Police car near Garden Tomb_1405

On Friday nights, which is the beginning of the Sabbath, security is stepped up on all streets leading to the Western Wall. This picture was taken near the Garden Tomb, a block or two outside the Damascus Gate. The white vans on the right are shuttles either bringing Jews in to pray at the Western Wall or taking Muslims out after their Friday worship.
