Flower Thoughts

It’s clear just what she has in mind,

This flower of female form and color,

Because her dresses all are lined,

With what, when lacking, makes clothes duller.

Inside and out a garden grows,

And when surroundings might seem bleak,

She sows her garden as she strolls,

Each time onlookers take a peak.

And thus she splashes life and scent,

Where e’er she plants her pretty feet,

And casts a fragrant complement,

To match our local county seat.
