Part one of dinner on Sunday night: Spicy Fava Bean Fritters with Lemon Minted Yogurt from Jamie Oliver's Jamie at Home. Steve had bought some fava beans at the farmers market, and this was a good way to use them. Since I didn't have to work on Sunday, I got to help him put these together. I helped shell the favas, made the yogurt sauce, and I quenelle'd the fava mixture before Steve fried it. (My first quenelles ever.)
I also plated my own food for the pictures, so I only had myself to blame if it wasn't perfect. I noticed one thing in each picture that I would change, but it's a step.

Fava beans?? I have no idea what those are. But this looks very good. Good job plating, Emily.
