![]() Our second course on Valentine's Day: Black Sea Bass with Sweet Parsnips, Arrowleaf Spinach, and Saffron-Vanilla Sauce. You can read about the dish on the French Laundry at Home blog. It was good, but I'm not sure it was a "ThomasKellerFaceKisser™" as Carol Blymire classified it. I think Steve put a little too much salt in the sauce. We'll probably try it again sometime, though.
