38/365 valentine's dessert
![]() I sent this link to Steve last week, just to point out the interesting flavor combination and cute presentation. He decided that he'd try to make it for Valentine's Day, even though he'd never tried using ring molds or tempering chocolate before. He wasn't able to track down any acetate (for applying the white chocolate around the dessert) so he had to use parchment paper instead. The result was a little wavy and imperfect, but really not bad for a first time. The dessert was really tasty too.
This was also my first time using my new tripod, which arrived the day before. It helped a lot for all of these food pictures. CommentsAlwaysLearning
