:-D Well, it turns out that the British have
a funny way of spelling pudding (at least
according to Wikipedia). The notion of raisins with mutton or beef
fat in a dessert doesn't sound too appetizing
however, I am going to have to give it a shot
in the near future and report on its
palatability. :-D
