Night Demon

Two nights ago a creature darker than the night crawled under my sheets over my sleeping body. I woke up being shaken violently. Frozen with fear I said my prayers out loud alone in the dark for the first time in almost two years.

 

I just hope he did not get what he came for and I hope he does not come back.
