Here's what I want to know: Is there anyone out there who can tell me what the braille says? Is there anyone who's felt the braille and lives with a sighted person who can tell them about this photograph? Is there someone who is not blind who can read braille? What does it say? And no cheating and reading off the brass plaque! :)
