It might if you change your flickr settings (www.flickr.com/account/?tab=privacy ) to let the public see things on a map, or friends and fam or whoever. It's under the default image uploads section on the privacy and permissions page. I'd also share your EXIF data as currently it's turned off.

But right now there is no evidence of geo-tags outside of your question in the description.

the photo properties show the location. as kevin said you need to change those settings and then subsequent uploads will be shown on the map, but it doesn't reprocess existing photos.
