The Lovable Old White Cat

This is honestly my favorite photo from the entire roll of film I just got developed. I love White Cat so much.

For those of you who don't know, yes, White Cat is his real name. He walked right into our house (the door was open, as it was a warm day) 14 years ago, and he never left. He must be at least 15 years old by now, but we'll never know. He has more character than any other cat I've ever met... He doesn't run away from dogs, he sleeps in the middle of the road (strangers get out of their cars and move him, and we have to pick him up and move him EVERY DAY from our driveway before we can pull in or out), he seems to understand every word we say, he's fat and likes any flavor of ripple chips, he smiles, he has arthritis and heart murmur, he wins every single battle against neighborhood cats, he walks into our neighbor's houses and has been known to take their doughnuts out of boxes or fish out of fish tanks, he doesn't meow, nothing scares him, he's very generous (allowing pretty girl kitties first dibs on food and beds, and bringing pizza or cheese or hotdogs to us as a gift). No one could not love White Cat.
