Elizabeth's Deconstructed Caribbean-Inspired Spicy Cold Chili Pork (onions, garlic, Dave's Insanity Seafood Sauce), Beans (white, red, black), Roma Tomatoes, Chili Peppers (poblano, serrano, jalapeno, habanero), Limes, Mangos, Pineapple, Dried Apricots, Cilantro, Honey, Hot Chili Powder, Clam Juice, Real Lemon, Salt, Smoked Paprika, and some more of Dave's Insanity Seafood Sauce.

Art Survey 1: First day of school, August 2012.

Quick explanation about band and radial patterns ( a couple visuals - drawings). Asked students to make band, radial, and free form designs with food; and then to eat their creations. Had a whiteboard preso ready as well - with a link to my Pinterest Food as Art gallery, but couldn't remember how to turn on the projector.
