Kennedy & Curran

Kennedy & Curran

Another one of the pipes, not entirely happy with this one, I need to dodge some areas, but still, it's a record of a couple of centuries of pipe making in Armagh. The left set was made by William Kennedy in the late 18th century, the right one is still being worked on by Eamonn, the regulators still need to be reeded.

I'm scanning a selection of the club's photo archive. A selection of that selection will go into a book we're working on.

I don't know (yet) who these three children are or who the photographer was, but every time I see this picture I just have to stare at it for a wee while. I think it's a masterpiece...

I know. Looks a bit odd. A bit too... mmm... contemporary :-)

Ah well, living dangerously!
