Train Car Ride

- "What did you like about the train ride," I asked him.

- "I liked to watch the world pass by outside our sleeping cabin," he replied.

- "Anything else," I prodded.

- "I liked to see the world pass by through the the windows of the cafeteria car too" he said.

He paused for a moment.

- "And I liked that you gave me candy as we saw the sun set."

I love him so much.

The key was the sunset. Often they only think of themselves as it is their nature at that age, but to throw watching the sunset with you in the mix, the love just overflows! Beautiful!

I can see that there is a lot of good detail in this photo, despite its needing more brightness overall. I like the composition. Also, the highlights in his eyes do a good job of bringing the viewer to look at them more carefully. Excellent portrait.
