El chorizo al Infierno (chourizo ó inferno, en gallego) es una tapa típica gallega que me gusta mucho. Se hace cocinando un chorizo al fuego en un cuenco de barro usando aguardiente como combustible. Lo cocina uno mismo en la mesa dándole vueltas al chorizo durante unos minutos. Está riquísimo.
