making raw chocolate fudge with children

For my children's final venture into the classroom this school year I taught my favorite 3rd grade class how to make chocolate from scratch .

This raw chocolate fudge recipe is based on one that I found at Circle of Healers. Many thanks to them for coming up with a fabulous superfood dessert rich in anti-oxidants and good fats.
